Sector Skills Agreements
Prior to independent consultancy, Martin was Head of Sector Skills Agreements at the Sector Skills Development Agency, managing a team of six people to ensure that Sector Skills Agreements had maximum impact on the skills policies of the four nations of the UK.
Regional Policy
Martin was previously the Northwest Regional Manager for the Sector Skills Development Agency, co-ordinating regional network activity to ensure Sector Skills Councils were embedded in regional skills initiatives.
